(CC) AK, ID, OR, and WA Owner Occupant Sales Allowance Discontinued Effective 8/1/10 the $100 down payment on FHA Financing is no longer available. All contracts for $100 down MUST be executed by HMBI on or before 7/30/10. Any contract not ratified by this date, regardless of when the bid was awarded, will not be honored with the $100 down payment.
