HMBI will be presenting an educational opportunity, Benefits of FHA and Selling HUD homes; February 10th at 8:00 (Registration starts at 7:45), February 10th at 1:30 (Registration starts at 1:15), 5600 77 Center Drive suite 290, Charlotte, NC 28217.
This class provides four hours of Continuing Education credits for NC brokers only. The cost is $30 and it is required that you bring a certified check or money order (payable to HMBI) and your pocket card.
