New Listing Broker Opportunity It is our intention to find additional qualified Brokers who are interested in becoming vendor partners as a Listing Broker (LB) with us to list HUD owned properties, Managed and Marketed by HMB, Inc. The responsibility, of HMB, Inc., includes managing and marketing HUD homes in the following two state regions: North Carolina, South Carolina.
