Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND) Training

HMBI will be holding a seminar to reacquaint local brokers in the Greensboro area with the GNND program as the revitalization areas have changed and exciting new opportunities are available.
HUD offers a fifty percent (50%) discount off the list price to firefighters, EMTs, police officers and teachers through this program.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday, April 16th at the HUD office in Greensboro. The session is at 10amET.
Please register online soon, as seating will be limited. Walk-ins are not accepted.
