At closing, you will be asked to voluntarily complete HUD's Real Estate Broker Satisfaction Survey. Please rate your level of satisfaction with HUD's home sales program. This voluntary effort will provide HUD with ongoing feedback of accuracy of sales information, professionalism of HUD staff and key contractors, and overall level of satisfaction with the HUD home buying experience. Download and complete the survey, print out and mail to the Atlanta HOC: Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, Atlanta Homeownership Center, Five Points Plaza, 40 Marietta St., Altanta, GA 30303.
